You’re lost trying to navigate adulting and all the life transitions. You’re falling behind, or so you think. Your friends are getting married, getting promotions, and living seemingly happy lives, but you know all too well feelings of loneliness, disconnection, grief, and anxiety. You crave to know what your next step is. You crave direction and stability. You want confidence, less anxiety, and to feel better about where you are in life right now.

I work with my clients to develop an awareness of the deeper emotions that are guiding their decisions and to ultimately discover what is holding them back from connection, calm, and finding their own unique path through adulting. Once they learn to manage their feelings, they can use them in a way that is meaningful, authentic, and provides direction.

Therapy is all about building a trusting, warm relationship where you can feel able to explore who really are instead of who others expect you to be. I enjoy creating this relationship with my clients and learning more about them. If you are ready to start therapy, know that I already like you and hope to hear from you!

What is the best advice you have been given?
